We envisioned a platform where youths and young adults are well equipped with skills for gainful employment and strengthening of capacity for businesses and productive engagements.
Business Care
We work with stakeholders to provide Youths with entrepreneurial and employability skills. We support them to start and manage their own businesses and as well organize necessary interventions for their activities.
Our values
We believe all youths and young adults should be gainfully employed through access to high quality skills development activities, coaching, mentoring, and access to information as well as interventions through provision of capacity building programmes, training, supports and employment options.
& Our Purpose
We are unwavering in our purpose to effectively engage Nigerian Youths in capacity building through:
- High-quality training, seminars, workshops, peer-review convergences and bespoke interventions.
- Development of bankable business plans and proposals for youth-owned businesses to facilitate access to funding of start-ups.
- Carry out post-training monitoring such as coaching, mentorship, counseling, hand-holding, financial advisory, and linkages.
- Organise corporate intervention opportunities such as Trade Groups and Cooperatives to aid business performances.
- Providing post-training project implementation services in all fields of business endeavours.
- Supporting the Youths to develop synergies and sustainable relationships with large enterprises, producers, markets, and suppliers along value chains.

- We prepare Nigerian Youths get them to be productively engaged through Self Employment Initiatives.
- Redirecting the energy of Youths through good orientation and motivation to start their businesses and go after transformational thinking patterns.
- Strengthen the Youths to turn talents to wealth.
- Build the trained youths into a connecting force with capacity to deploy their power of numbers for economic purposes.
- Build the youths to be a strong entrepreneurial movement for vertically-integrated economic transformation of Nigeria and benefits of stakeholder economies.
