Ola Emmanuel is the Visioner and Founder of Leacent, a business membership organization an incorporated Trustee and a network of entrepreneurs. A business planning consultant and entrepreneurship development interventionist, he works with a team of international consultants to deliver projects in areas as housing, agribusiness and infrastructure development. With professional experience in business administration and management coupled with international certification in entrepreneurship capacity development, Ola Emmanuel also works with cooperatives as consultant in addition to entrepreneurship capacity building. As a business development practitioner and certified entrepreneurship trainer, he is one of the users of the entrepreneurship training template of the International Labour Organisation’s Start and Improve Your Business (ILO-SIYB) training programme. He spends good part of the year inside training room as well as functioning as speaker in seminars and conferences. He was Nigeria’s delegate at the programme organised by the International Labour Organisation, in 2009, at the International Training Centre of the I.L.O (ITC-ILO) for eleven African countries on how to tackle employment challenges among Youths in Africa.
